This equipment is mainly used for fine grinding and polishing of high precise components such as optical glass, quartz, crystalloid, metal and non-metal's high precise plane processing.

There are LP12A, LP12B, SLP12B,SZLP12B, for selection. Based on LP12A, an active wheel rotation mechanism added to LP12B, the active wheel rotation mechanism benefits the rotation function when working. On the basis of LP12B, SLP12B increased PLC numeriacal control operating system. Operating mode is LCD human-machine interface, thus having the functions of transmission system stepless speed regulation, timing control, counting control, sequence control and remote fault alarm. Equipment operating is very simple and flexible, fully satisfies the requirement of high precision opti-electronic components processing technology. 

• On the basis of SLP12B, working ring and correction disk swing mechanism added to SZLP12B, which can ensure the work piece and correction disk can swing back and forth when they are rotating. On one hand the durability of the polishing disk's face form can be well maintained, on the other hand the processing blind can be overcome, durability of the milling disk's face form also can be well maintained, thus working efficiency as well as processing precision enhanced, production cost reduced.
